      • Observation: Dishwasher at 0ppm Chlorine.
      • Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher will need to be repaired to ensure 50ppm Chlorine is available at all times by Thursday March 21/24.
      • Operator made up a 100ppm chlorine solution in the 2 compartment sink during inspection. While waiting for the dishwasher to be repaired, please follow the instructions on the wall for washing, rinsing and sanitizing dishes in the sink.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach spray bottle not being made up daily, Tested at 0ppm bleach
      • Dishwasher tested at 0ppm chlorine, sanitizer container empty
      • Corrective Action(s): Owner instructed that bleach spray bottle must be made up fresh each day. Owner made up spray bottle during the inspection at 100ppm
      • Dishwaser had new sanitizer container connected and primed several times and found to be at 50ppm Chlorine

      • Observation: -Front hand sink blocked by insert with dishcloth in it
      • -back hand sink filled with oven mitts and other items
      • -Both hand sinks require soap and paper towels in dispensers
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure both hand sinks are equipped with soap and paper towels in dispensers and that there is nothing in the sinks. by Friday Nov 20/23

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher did not measure residual. Primed system and still no residual. Checked feed system and the sanitizer was switched with the rinse aid. Switched and primed. System measured 25 ppm at 49 C. OK.
      • Corrective Action(s): Make sure to check feed tubes and residual sanitizer in solution daily. Operator has test strips.

      • Observation: Moderate mouse activity noted behind and around deep freezer. Drywall dust also noted. Several holes noted in wall. General activity in kitchen minor.
      • Corrective Action(s): Plug holes as discussed with steel wool. Clean up droppings in area and any other area of kitchen. Monitor for activity and continue to block access.
      • Clean up any accumulations of food debris in kitchen and cookline areas as discussed.
      • May need to contact Pest Control company if problem persists.
