      • The ceiling in the dry storage area is not finished. There appears to be plumbing lines above. No food handling will occur in this area. The facility manager stated the ceiling tiles have been ordered and will be installed in the next couple of months. The facility manager and owner of the facility agreed no food handling will occur in this area. To avoid possible food contamination in areas where dust may build up and pests may hide, the facility must be structurally sound, and the building must be finished.Finish the ceiling in the dry storage area.
