    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Quats sanitizer bucket for wiping cloth was measured at 0 PPM. Staff refill the bucket and manually pour Quats sanitizer in the bucket and it was measured more than 200 PPM.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No Quats sanitizer strip available to test/verify Quats sanitizer bucket strength (minimum 200 ppm). Please purchase Quats sanitizer strip and email photos to PHI once you have it in the facility. Change Quats sanitizer bucket at least every 2 hour or more often as needed.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • No Pest control check list completed monthly or have a pest control in place. A copy of Pest control check list will be email to operator to complete it monthly. Record keeping in a binder as part of your pest control. Email photos once you have completd the pest control check list for Sep. 2023.
