- 20(1) A food establishment must have washroom facilities for staff and washroom facilities for the public available in a convenient location, unless exempted by the Administrator.
- Operator states that he wasn't aware of the washroom requirement in case of permanent seating on site. Due to the seating arrangements operator must ensure that the public has plumbed handwashing stations and washrooms on site.
- 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done:
(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- Fry cutter must be cleaned and sanitized daily after its use.
- 8(2) A permit must be posted in a conspicuous location in the food establishment.
- Operator must post valid food establishment permit in a conspicuous location.
