- Observation: There were food crumbs/debris left in the microwave. (Public health significance): Presence of food crumbs can cause the growth of microorgansm which can further be unintentionally introduced into the food and then lead to foodborne illness when consumed.
- Corrective Action: Operator was made aware to always clean and sanitize microwave after every shift to prevent accumulation of debris.
