- A paper towel dispenser was not installed at the hand wash sink in the 7th floor Wildrose cafe.-Please install a paper towel dispenser at the hand wash sink.

- The transport carts in the main kitchen had some food debris build up.-Please clean the carts and add to the routine cleaning checklist.

- 1) Washroom that opens towards kitchen area did not have a self-closing device on the door.-install a self-closing device on the washroom door to ensure the door remains closed at all times.2) The flooring had gaps at the wall and appears unfinished. (near entrance to kitchen, near washroom area).-ensure flooring is finished to ensure there are no gaps at floor/walls/baseboards.
