      • Paper cups were being stored in the washroom. Operator promptly removed them. Please ensure all food and related items are not stored in the washroom.

      • 1) The baseboards (around pantry door) has areas that the paint has worn away showing the unfinished material near oven in kitchen. Please have addressed so that they are in good finished repair either by having them recovered, painted, or replaced the baseboard. 2)Window trim has areas that the paint has worn away showing the unfinished material near oven in kitchen. Please have addressed so that they are in good finished repair either by having them recovered, painted, or replaced the trim. 3) Kitchen cabinet across from window a few of the door has the covering material peeling. Have the door addressed so that the finish is in good repair, impervious to moisture and easily cleanable. Discussed possible options for achieving this.
