      • Some sanitizer spray bottles were not labeled; labels were added.- Please ensure all chemical spray bottles are labeled to indicate their contents to prevent misuse.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The sliding door fridge in the back on the kitchen was not supplied with a thermometer. - Please ensure all fridges have a thermometer inside of them so that temperatures can be accurately monitored.

      • Back kitchen hand sink paper towel dispenser was empty. - Please refill the paper towels.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Hot water at the sink at the bar next to the glasswasher did not work. - Please ensure all sinks have hot and cold running water.

      • Stand-up sauce fridge was warm, measuring around 10C. Cooler is opened frequently, please keep the doors closed then re-test the temperature. - Ensure it can hold temperatures below 4C before it is used to store high-risk food products.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Some flour bags were blocking the hand sink in the back prep area. - Flour was moved, please continue to ensure that all hand sinks are fully accessible.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Ice cream container in the walk-in freezer was cracked, ice cream seeping out of the sides.- Replace the container, ensure all food storage containers are in good repair.

      • There were some fruit flies in the bar and the dishwashing area. - Consult with pest control operator and eliminate any standing water or food debris that could be attracting them.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • There was some sticky drink residue under the bar mats. - Please thoroughly clean under the bar mats.
