      • Improper thawing practice was observed during the inspections. A pack of chicken was thawing in a bowl containing water, temperature of chicken was measured at 7.5 degrees C. Chicken was returned to the cooler.**Ensure proper thawing practice is observed in the facility.**Frozen foods may be thawed safely under cold constant running water; in the cooler overnight; in the microwave to be used immediately; or to be cooked directly from frozen state.

Lemon scented bleach was being used fir sanitizing food prep surfaces.**Replace lemon scented bleach with plain bleach**Ensure that bleach used in the food facility does not contain any additives.

      • Staff clothing was stored on a box of juice.**Please remove**Ensure staff's personal items are stored away from food items.

      • A spray bottle in the food prep area previously used and labeled as QUAT solution was being used to store vinegar solution.**Do not reuse chemical bottles used for a previous chemical to store a different type of chemical.**Vinegar is not a sanitizer, do not use to sanitize food prep surfaces.**Obtain plain spray bottle to store chemicals and ensure bottles are properly labeled to identify its content.

      • REPEAT VIOLATION:A small gap was noted under the back door.**Please replace weather stripping to prevent the infiltration of pest to the facility.

      • REPEAT VIOLATION:The counter around the handwash sink is in poor condition.**Refinish the counter around the handwash sink.
