      • Front area two-compartment sink counter is damaged and requires replacement. Damaged surfaces are not smooth, non-absorbent, or easily cleanable, increasing the risk of bacterial growth. Please repair or replace the counter so that all surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.

      • The fan in the double-door stainless steel fridge in the kitchen was not clean at time of inspection. Accumulated dust and debris may contaminate food and reduce cooling efficiency. Please clean the fan and add this area to the cleaning schedule.

      • The bottom shelves of the two-door glass fridge in the kitchen were not clean at the time of inspection. Accumulated dirt and debris may contaminate food and interfere with proper cleaning. Please clean all interior surfaces of the unit and add this task to your regular cleaning schedule.

      • The quat based sanitizer solution in sanitizer spray bottles was measured to be 100ppm.Operator made the new batch of sanitizer solution of 200ppm in spray bottles during the inspection.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • 1. The internal food temperature of food stored in number 2 fridge (two steel door fridge) was measured to be 7 C.Please adjust the fridge temperature and ensure that its temperature remains 4 C or colder at all times.1. The fridge temperature of small white upright freezer located under the countertop by the hand sink was at -3 C at the time of inspection.Please fix the freezer and ensure its temperature -18 C or colder.

      • The sanitizer ( Sodium hypochlorite) concentration for mechanical dishwasher observed to be at 50ppm at the time of inspection. Operator fixed the dishwasher sanitizer concentration during the inspection.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The door seal of small white upright freezer located under the countertop by the hand sink was loose and door was not closed properly at the time of inspection.Please fix the freezer door.
