After five attempts, the maximum temperature reached was 70.1 degrees Celsius. Please ensure the dishwasher is serviced to achieve a temperature above 71 degrees Celsius at dish level for proper sanitation.

- While the QUAT solution from the dispenser was measured at 200ppm, QUAT solution in the spray bottles were measured at 100 ppm. Action.Surface sanitizers should be maintained at the recommended concentration at all times by testing the solution at intervals with the appropriate test strips. Operator replaced QUAT solutions in all spray bottles with new solutions from the dispenser.
