- The two diapering mats in the preschool washroom was observed to be torn and the surface was not smooth, durable, and impervious to moisture to facilitate ease of cleaning. Replace the diapering mats.

- The bleach solution in the kinder room used for disinfection was measured to be over 200ppm chlorine. A new solution was prepared upon request measuring 100ppm chlorine. Ensure test strips are available to verify adequate concentration.
