      • A few flies were observed in the facility.Ensure to come up with a plan and contact a certified pest control company to control the flies in the facility.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Observed water dripping from the dishwasher and flooding the floor and underneath the chest freezer by the storage area. Repair equipment to prevent moisture building under the flooring material and keep the area clean and dry.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Observed food debris om the table mount can opener. Ensure to clean the above-mentioned equipment and area.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • There is some unused equipment such as computer system and chest freezer that are not in use anymore or the equipment is not working properly. Ensure items not in use are removed from the facility to prevent clustering of the storage space and enhance cleaning and sanitation of these areas.

      • 1. Prep cooler #1 temperature was high at the time of inspection: (upper bins) 10.5 C; 8.4 C (lower bin).- Fix the cooler to ensure food items are stored at or below 4C during cold holding.2. Temperature records not completed daily. The equipment temperature was not checked for more than seven days.Ensure equipment records are completed daily to be sure equipment is in good working condition and foods are stored at safe temperatures.The other two prep coolers temperature was <4 CWalk-in cooler: 1.8 CUpright freezer: -18 C
