- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): New system of red sani-buckets in place. Good addition to use of sanitizer spray bottles! Standard procedures not clearly translated to staff. Observed sani-bucket in front without any measurable Quats in solution. Spray bottles measured at 200 ppm. OK.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff properly trained to do the following:
- A) Have fresh quats solution in buckets handy at the beginning of the day.
- B) Implement a rotation practice (time related), and possibly displayed on buckets for the replacement of solution and that solution should be at 200 ppm. This should be checked at source daily.
