- A spoon holder, along with a bar spoon, was observed placed in the handwashing sink. The onsite staff removed the utensil from the sink and relocated it to the dishwashing area during the inspection.Ensure that the handwashing sink is used solely for the purpose of handwashing and is not utilized for any other activities. The sink must also be equipped with clear, permanently posted signage outlining the proper handwashing procedures.
