- The quat based sanitizer measured greater than 500ppm. To ensure food contact surfaces are safely and effectively sanitized, the concentration must be maintained at 200ppm. Dilute the concentration according to the manufacturer's instructions. The operator stated they may switch to a chlorine (bleach) sanitizer. An AHS document on how to mix a sanitizer solution was provided to the operator.

- No weatherstripping by the entrance closest to the bar on the main floor. A large gap is visible from the bottom and middle of the door. No signs of pest activity were observed during the inspection. Install weatherstripping and ensure no gap is visible between the door and the floor to prevent the entry of pests.
