      • Spray bottle with vinegar was unlabeled to identify product.Ensure all spray/chemical bottles are labeled to identify product it contains.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • A few mouse droppings were seen behind the chest freezer, located in the basement storage room. Several mouse trap stations were in place and set.Clean up areas where droppings may be located and monitor for further activity.
