- Dirty washcloths were found on food contact surfaces at the time of inspection.Staff promptly removed cleaning cloths, cleaned, and disinfected the above noted areas.- Cleaning cloths should either be kept submerged in a sanitizer solution or clean dry cloths can be used with spray bottles of sanitizer solution.

- Dishwasher chlorine sanitizer concentration noted at 50 ppm at the time of inspection.Staff changed sanitizer bucket and sanitizer was tested at 100 ppm chlorine using test strips.- MAKE SURE TO REGULARLY TEST SANITIZER CONCENTRATION USING AVAILABLE TEST STRIPS.

- The weather stripping on the back door is in disrepair - some light can be seen coming through gaps at the bottom of door. - Replace weather stripping and ensure that all exterior doors have adequate weather stripping to prevent pest entry.
