- Observed cardboard used as a liner under dry storage items in basement. Must remove. All surfaces must be smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable. Must maintain same.

Observed gun holder (left side) without proper drain line attached. Must attach a drain line from gun holder directly to floor drain. Must maintain same.
