      • The facility was observed to have not sampled the well for bacteriological results as required by their food permit, which mandates quarterly testing. A sample bottle was provided to the facility. Ensure that a water sample is collected and submitted for analysis.June 24, 2026 - Sample was submitted June 2022. The sample was rejected from the lab. Will take another sample.

      • No sanitizer was observed on the kitchen line at the time of inspection. The operator immediately made a bleach solution.

      • Chemicals were observed to be stored in unlabeled spray bottles. The operator labeled the spray bottles.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • The facility was observed not to have test strips for the Diversey D10 concentrated detergent and sanitizer, nor chlorine bleach test strips. Please contact the supplier to obtain the appropriate test strips to ensure the chemical concentrations can be accurately measured. Additionally, please replace the expired chlorine test strips.

      • The rubber baseboard in the dishwasher area was observed to be fallen off the wall. Please repair or replace the rubber baseboard.

      • The vent in the kitchen beside the hand sink was observed to be without a vent cover. Please repair or replace the vent cover.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • A rubber spatula was observed to have pieces missing of rubber from the business side. The operator discarded the spatula.

      • 1. Scoops were observed to be submerged in dry good bins. Please remove, clean, and sanitize the scoops.

      • 1. The table located in the kitchen with the hand sink was observed to have a significant amount of food and debris on the floor. Please clean underneath the tables.2. The hood vent filters were observed to have grease build up. Please clean and sanitize the hood vent filters.
