- It was observed that a food preparation cooler displayed an internal temperature of 18 Celsius. All high risk foods such as margarine and mayonnaise were removed from the cooler and stored in a cooler with proper cold food storage temperature. The cooler shall not be used for high risk food storage. The operator is aware the preparation cooler temperature concern and has contacted a service provider for repair.
