      • Chlorine dishwasher was dispensing sanitizer at 10 ppm. Dishwasher tech is expected for maintenance by the end of the week. Please ensure this is repaired and dishwasher is dispensing chlorine at 100 ppm.Please manually sanitize your dishes until this is resolved.

      • Manual dishwashing procedures were not being followed for cooking equipment. Facility was skipping the sanitize step. Please ensure all items are washed, rinsed and sanitized. They then must be left to air dry before being put away.

      • The cold water tap for the hand washing sink had broken off. Please have this fixed to ensure the hand wash sink is in good repair.

      • 1. Scoops with handles have now been purchased for bulk bins.2. Opened mango pulp and pulp of roast eggplant was being stored in its original tin can in the fridge. Once opened, please transfer its contents into an appropriate food safe container to prevent leaching of chemicals from the can.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Chlorine dishwasher was tested and had a concentration of 0 ppm. Please manually sanitize your dishes after they are mechanically washed in the dishwasher until it is repaired. 2 compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand sink was stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. The paper towel was not in an appropriate dispenser. The wrong size of paper towel was purchased for the dispensers at the facility. Please purchase appropriate size of paper towel or a new dispenser.

      • -A section of the floor in the cooler is covered in duct tape. Please remove this and repair the flooring as needed with something that is smooth, non absorbent and easy to clean. -The baseboards in the cooler are coming apart from the walls allowing dirt and debris to collect. Please clean this area and attach the baseboard to the wall.

      • Facility overall requires additional cleaning. Please pay particular attention to: -The bulk storage bins - this has now been cleaned.-Under the dishwasher-The fans in the walk in cooler/freezer-The ventilation system

      • There was no sanitizer prepared at the time of inspection. Operator was instructed to prepare a sanitizer. Please ensure you have a sanitizer prepared anytime there is food handling occurring.

      • 1. Single use containers were being used as scoops in the bulk bins. These bowls were removed. Please ensure scoops with handles are purchased. The scoops should be stored with the handles facing up and away from the food supply or outside the bulk bins in a clean container. This will prevent contamination of the bulk supply. 2.       • Operator did not post her food permit in the facility. Operator printed a copy of the food permit and posted it on the wall during the inspection.A valid food permit must be posted in a conspicuous manner.

      • There was no night in the freezer. Asked operator to replace the fluorescent bulbs in the freezer.The must be adequate lightning that ensure the safe and sanitary cleaning of the freezer.
