      • 1) Most of the ceiling tiles in the kitchen were absent at time of inspection.Please ensure all ceiling tiles are replaced before opening/preparing food for the public.2) Not all storage shelving had been installed at time of inspection. Please ensure all shelving including dish drying and dish storage areas are installed before opening.

      • There does not appear to be a designated hand sink in the kitchen. only a dishwasher and 3-compartment sink.Please install a hand sink in the kitchen, preferably near the cooking area. One may also be needed up front depending on what you're planning to make/assemble on the 16' stainless steel prep table.
