- The facility has one Pepsi cooler, a prep cooler, a walk‑in cooler, and two freezers, all of which are maintaining the required temperatures. However, there are no internal thermometers available to verify the temperatures. Please ensure that all cooling units are equipped with internal thermometers.

Repair all shelves where paint is chipping and ensure that all shelves and countertops in the food preparation area are smooth, in good repair, and easily cleanable.Proper caulking is required along the back of the two‑compartment sink and around the hand‑washing sink in the food preparation area
