      • No - some of the wood shelving (with washable liners) in cupboards in the kitchen was worn with some exposed bare wood sections, and requiring repair or re-painting (to ensure shelves are washable, non-absorbent, and in good repair).
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • No - there was some accumulation of organic matter (leaves, dust, dirt) alongside baseboards adjacent to the commercial dishwasher, and residual grease and food spillage on the underside of the kitchen hand-wash sink. A regular cleaning schedule is to be followed during the busy summer season, and to include cleaning at the 'hard-to-reach' floor sections and under equipment, as necessary.
