      • Some scoops used for foods in the prep cooler were stored so that the handle had fallen into the food. This was corrected by stored the handles out of the food, and educating staff to not store scoops where the handle is touching food.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • There was an accumulation of food debris on the handles of the prep cooler in the front. The handles were immediately cleaned and sanitized once noted.

      • ** - raw meat was improperly stored over and beside pasta. Immediately cease and desist. Raw meat must be stored separately and NOT over top of or beside: cooked foods, ready-to-eat foods, or vegetables at any time. Please retrain staff.

      • ** - food equipment on the floor, must be stored in a clean and sanitary manner off of the floor.

      • Chipped bowls noted. Ensure all equipment is in good repair, impervious to moisture and easily cleaned and sanitized.
