      • There are various walls throughout the classrooms that are damaged and the paint is chipping off. Specifically the catepillars, butterflies, bees, and ladybugs rooms. Please ensure all surfaces are smooth, easy to clean, and in good repair. Please repair these surfaces.

      • 1. There are various walls throughout the classrooms that are damaged and the paint is chipping off. Specifically the catepillars, butterflies, bees, and ladybugs rooms. 2. The countertop trim at the front of the hand wash sink in the butterflies room is missing and there is exposed raw wood. 1. and 2. Please ensure all surfaces are smooth, easy to clean, and in good repair. Please repair these surfaces.

      • There was no bleach surface disinfectant for the diapering table in the butterflies room.The director changed out the bleach immediately.

      • Thumb tacks were found on the bulletin boards or on the walls (holding up artwork/projects) in the butterflies and ladybug rooms.Remove all thumbtacks as they can fall and become a choking or sharps hazard to the children.

      • There are several first aid kits containing expired antiseptic/alcohol wipes.Please replace and replenish with non-expired wipes.

      • The animal cushions in the bees room are unclean.Please ensure these cushions or cushion covers are cleaned and washed on a weekly basis or more often if needed.

    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Blinds have been removed (torn down by children), and there is no way to darken the Butterfly room and Lady bug room. All rooms where napping is occurring must have adequate shading. Please replace blinds so light can be adequately dimmed for napping.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • One toilet in the ladybug room was not working. Please repair toilet so it is in working order.
