- Site visit occurred as a service provider completed repairs on the mechanical dishwasher. New dishwasher gauges have been installed and the temperature adjusted, The hot water sanitizing temperature was not tested as a new violation requires repair. When a wash cycle is started, the dishwasher will constantly run without completing the cycle. The operator shall try to make repairs. In the meantime, the facility shall use single use cutlery and dishes. Reusable kitchen ware shall be washed and sanitized by the two-sink manual method.

It was observed that the water pressure is low, and the top sanitizing arm does not turn.The operator has contacted a service provider for repairs. In the meantime, the facility shall use single use cutlery and dishes. Reusable kitchen ware shall be washed and sanitized by the two-sink manual method.

- It was observed that the high temperature dishwasher was not reaching an adequate sanitizing temperature. The incoming hot water was only measuring 50 C degree. The facility operator shall speak with the dishwasher manufacturer and determine the required incoming hot water temperature and if required, the incoming water temperature shall be adjusted.Update: The facility operator has increased the incoming hot water temperature. Our office shall visit the facility on November 8, 2024 to measure the dishwasher sanitizing hot water temperature.
