- There was no hand soap at one of the handwashing stations at the kitchen and the service station. Operator refilled the dispensers.Requirement:-Ensure there is always soap in dispenser for hand washing at handwashing station
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Flies were present at the ice machine and walk-in cooler areas. Recent pest control report did not indicate any fly concern.Requirement:-Notify the pest control company.-Install fly traps away from food preparation areas.-Follow all recommendations provided by the pest control company

- Ice scoops were found on top of the ice machine. .Requirement:-Ensure ice scoops are stored in clean containers at all times to prevent contamination of ice.

- There was dirt/debris build up in hard-to-reach areas under the island at the bar area.Requirement:-Clean the indicated areas-Ensure the facility is maintained in clean and sanitary manner.
