- The main high temperature dishwasher was not able to reach 71°C at dish level. The operator found out the booster was not operating and reset the booster promptly. The dish washer then reached above 71 °C.

- Two skins in the female bathroom and one sink in the male bathroom were out of hand soap. The operator refilled the hand soap promptly.
