- One fly was seen landing and sitting on a seasoned steak at the preparation counter. Action taken/required:The steak was discarded by manager.Continue working with the pest control company to address the fly issue.Ensure all food items are kept covered or otherwise protected while out for preparation to prevent contamination (e.g., using food grade covers or a wrap).

- Very small flies were observed. A few were noted under the handwashing sinks, some were observed on lower wall areas, and the majority were found beneath the dishwashing area. The Manager stated that they are following the pest control professional’s recommendations to control the flies and have also booked an appointment for drain cleaning this week.Action required:Please continue to work with the pest control company and take all corrective actions to eliminate/control pest.
