- ** Older Kinder room - fridge temperature was monitored at 9.4C** Infant room - Lunches brought from home were observed on the counter in the infant room between 10-10:30am. ie. Cheese, hotdogs, warm up leftovers. Please ensure that lunches remain in the fridge prior to serving. Parents may also pack lunches in a temperature controlled bag with an ice pack.** Afternoon snack (toast) was observed cut on a plate at room temperature in the morning topped with a paper towel. Afternoon snack should be stored in a safe manner. Preparation before afternoon snack would be ideal.
