      • Retail display cooler-the top cooler case (opened from back side by staff) was not at or below 4 deg Celsius. At time of inspection, ambient temperature from right and left end was approximately 9.4-11 deg C. Do not use this display case until it is operating at 4 deg C or lower. Approved to store prepared pasta in the other cooler onsite.
