      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 jugs of milk and 2 boxes of yogurt found at around 10C. These were unopened. The cooler they are stored in has an ambient temperature of 10C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator moved the milk and yogurt to the walk-in cooler (4C or below).

Actions must be done to adjust cooler temperature to 4C or below when temperature logs record temperatures higher than 4C. Do not store perishable foods in this cooler until it is fixed. Date to be corrected by: 1 week.
