    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • The spray bottle of bleach/chlorine sanitizer was not labelled. Corrected during inspection.There were some chemicals and caulking on shelf with meat slicer in the kitchen. Remove these items from the kitchen; corrected during inspection.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • There were a couple of mouse droppings in corner by freezer (side storage area); were removed and area cleaned/sanitized during inspection. Recommend an additional mouse trap in this area.
