      • No ice was available in the cooler at the time of inspection. Staff refilled the cooler with ice bags. Ensure food is always stored above 4 °C. If food is taken out of the freezer or cooler, ensure it is stored in campers or coolers with ice cubes to keep the temperature of the food below 4*C.
