      • The hot water at the handwashing sink in the OSC room was measured at 57.6 degrees Celsius with a probe thermometer. Ensure the hot water temperature is adjusted to a maximum of 49 degrees Celsius.

      • The handwashing sink in the OSC room was observed to be draining slowly. Ensure the indicated handwashing sink is serviced to restore proper drainage.
