- Discard first batch of ice after sanitizing.
- Operator is currently buying ice for service.
- Email pictures of the interior of the ice machine to EHO once ice machine has been fully cleaned and sanitized.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Frozen raw chicken and frozen raw bacon strips observed defrosting in room temperature.
- Asked staff what was the procedure of these food items.
- Staff stated the items were placed in the cooler last night from the freezer. Then they just pulled it out and they will marinate the chicken in the evening.
- Corrective Action(s): Do not defrost at room temperature. Defrost in cooler or under cold running water. Take it out and marinate within 1hour before placing it back in the cooler.
- Staff placed the partially defrosted food back into the cooler.

- Corrective Action(s): Egg trays were dicarded during the inspection. Do not store large amounts of perishable foods at room temperature for more than 2 hours as pathogens can grow rapidly in the danger zone.
