      • Corrective Action(s): Staff moved beverages into a working cooler at time of inspection. Continue to monitor temperatures to ensure potentially hazardous foods stored in this cooler is maintained at or below 4C. Service the cooler when needed.

      • Corrective Action(s): Service the dishwasher, ensure that concentration after final rinse cycle is detected at atleast 50ppm, meanwhile use compartment of two compartment sink to prepare sanitizer and sanitize the dishware

      • Observation: Pest droppings observed in the back near the storage shelves under the dishwasher. Hole observed in the door sweep at the back door
      • Corrective Action(s): Seal off all holes. Get regular pest control services
      • Remove all droppings and sanitize the area. Monitor the area on regular basis for new pest activity

      • Observation: Ice scoop was left in the ice bin in front area
      • Corrective Action(s): Remove the scoop from the bin and store it in a way that the handle of the scoop does not come in contact with the stored ice to prevent any contamination
