      • The hand sink is located in the corner of the unit, rotated sideways between the 2-compartment sink and a cooler/freezer.Discussed options for rending the sink accessible and convenient for handwashing.

      • 1) The service counter is not smooth - the gaps between wood planks will collect debris, harbour unsanitary conditions, and are hard to clean. Discussed filling or covering gaps.2) The melamine countertop edges are unfinished - the unfinished wood is not non-absorbent and is hard to clean. Discussed sealing the unfinished areas.

      • There is no waste water tank installed at the time of inspection. Discussed that wastewater tank must be at least 10% greater in volume than the potable water tanks (to account for debris, dumping of liquids, and cleaning/sanitizing gents dumped down the drain).
