      • A suitable disinfectant was not available onsite at the time of inspection. The liquid in the bottle labeled "sanitizer" measured at 0ppm bleach and quats. Ensure a suitable food-grade sanitizer is available for use whenever the food facility is in operation.

      • 1) Test strips for diluted bleach sanitizer allegedly used at this facility could not be located. Acquire suitable chlorine test strips. 2) A working thermometer suitable for measuring the highest temperature reached by the heat-sanitizing dishwasher could not be identified during inspection. Acquire a suitable thermometer.

      • The last water sample had been received in October 2022. Monthly water sampling is required for any food facility using non-municipal well water. A bacteriological water sample was taken by the PHI during this inspection. Ensure that future water samples are taken for every month of operation.
