      • Iodine test strips were unavailable upon request. Ensure that test strips for each type of sanitizer used in the facility area available.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • 1. The faucet of the hand wash sink near the salad prep cooler was dripping. Please repair.2. A frying pan and a plate were stored in the basin of the hand wash sink near the pizza oven. Ensure that all hand wash stations are accessible. Corrected during inspection.3. There are no paper towel dispensers at the hand wash stations in the bars. The paper towel at the hand wash stations in the kitchen are not protected from contamination. Install paper towel dispensers at the bar hand wash stations. Ensure that paper towel is stored in dispensers at the kitchen hand wash stations.

      • 1. The hot water tap at the hand wash station in the prep kitchen is not working. The prep kitchen isn't being used for food preparation at this time and repair of the sink is in progress. Please repair the hot water tap and ensure that the hand wash station is operational.2. Paint is peeling from the ceiling near the dishwasher. Please repair. Ensure that all surfaces are smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent to moisture.

      • Cheese slices were contaminated from meat juice where raw meat was stored beside it in the cooler drawer below the grill.Prepared or ready to eat food such as cheese must be stored in a separate area to avoid cross contamination. For instance, store all ready to eat or prepared food in the top cooler drawer and all the raw meat in the bottom cooler drawer.The operator discarded all the cheese slices at the time of the inspection.

      • Uncovered raw beef (patties and steak) stored in the cooler drawer below the grill. Food must be covered when not in use to protect it from contamination. The operator placed a cover on the raw meat at the time of the inspection.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Designated hand sink in the dry storage area was not supplied with paper towels. Ensure all designated hand sinks are supplied with hot/cold running water, soap in a dispenser and single-use paper towels to perform sufficient hand hygiene for safe food handling.The operator placed paper towels in the roll dispenser at the time of the inspection.
