    • 301 - Critical Repeat Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Food debris were found in the microwave oven. An opened soft drink was left in the kitchen table. (Public Health Significance) - food debris left in any equipment or at room temperature can support bacterial growth and will increase the risk of food contamination.
      • Corrective Action: Operator immediately cleaned and sanitized the microwave oven. Operator immediately removed the leftover soft drink.
