- 02. Is all food in this facility from an approved source and/or properly labelled?
- In the walk-in cooler, a few food items (turkey, corn, mashed potatoes etc.) in aluminum containers, were not properly labeled with the date of preparation/expiry dates.Manager claims these food items were made onsite (4 days ago) by a professional caterer. These left over food items will not be fed to the general public and have been saved for staff members only.

- The microwave was visibly dirty on the interior side (accumulation of grime).Ensure that internal surfaces of the microwave are clean now and on regular basis and please clean and sanitize after every use.

- There is no clear sticker on the ventilation hood to determine that ventilation hood is being tested / serviced on annual basis to prevent fire hazards. PHI recommended that ventilation hood is serviced by professional company now and on regular basis to prevent fire hazards. Please provide service record to our office. Implement and maintain a sticker program for service/ testing verification.
