- The concentration of the chlorine sanitizer was measured at 0ppm. Ensure the concentration of chlorine sanitizer is maintained at 100ppm. Fresh sanitizer solution with a concentration of 100ppm was prepared during inspection.

- The chlorine sanitizer test strips were expired. Please obtain new test strips.
