      • There is no handwashing sink in the dry storage room where food handling occurs (i.e., repackaging/portioning dry goods). Actions:- Install a handwashing sink in the dry storage area OR- Repackage/portion food in another room with an accessible handwashing sink.

      • The concentration of the chlorine sanitizer was measured at 0ppm. Ensure the concentration of chlorine sanitizer is maintained at 100ppm. Fresh sanitizer solution with a concentration of 100ppm was prepared during inspection.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • The chlorine sanitizer test strips were expired. Please obtain new test strips.
