- The temperature of a display cooler was measured at 6C at the time of inspection. The operator was asked to adjust the temperature. A reading of 3.9C was measured shortly after.Please ensure that coolers are able to maintain temperatures of 4C or lower.

- An invalid permit was observed to be posted at the time of inspection. The current permit was found and was replaced with the old permit.Please ensure that a valid permit is posted for patrons to observe.
