- The surface sanitizer on-site was tested and 0ppm was detected. Please ensure the sanitizer is mixed to either 100ppm chlorine or 200ppm quats. The solutions can break down and should be tested daily to ensure they are mixed to the correct concentration.
- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- The operator had loose test strips on-site; however, no bottle or color guide for the test strips was available. The color guide is required to be able to confirm the correct concentration of the sanitizer.

- The hand washing sink was not stocked with liquid hand soap at the time of the inspection. Please ensure all hand sinks are fully stocked with liquid hand soap, paper towel in a proper dispenser, and hot/cold running water to allow for proper hand washing by food handlers.
