      • A disinfectant requiring wiping with water after use was being used as a food-grade sanitizer. The instructions for use make this impractical and unsuited for food service. Acquire a food-grade sanitizer, such as diluted bleach or quaternary ammonium.

      • The containers of samples for customers did not contain lids and were stored in a way that made them susceptible to contamination by customers. Either get lids for sample containers, or store in a manner that allows for more protection and vendor control of sampling.
