    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The designated hand sink in the polish area was not equipped with disposable paper towels or soap. The designated hand sink must be supplied with hand soap and paper towel at all times for proper hand hygiene. Please ensure all stations are adequately supplied with all provisions.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mouse droppings observed in the corner of the dry storage room in the receiving area. All areas must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner where food is stored or prepared. Please clean.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • There is mold growing in the ice machine, located in the back service banquet area. The ice machine must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner to prevent contamination of ice. Discontinue the use of the ice machine, discard the ice, then clean and sanitize. Refrain from using the ice machine until it has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
