    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The ventilation hood is overdue for servicing (July 2024). The panels/filters are removed and cleaned 2X monthly, however, the internal components must be serviced regularly to ensure that the fire suppression system is properly operating.Arena representative noted that the roof is required to be accessible for servicing of the system and that it cannot be accessed when there is snow on the roof. PHI suggested scheduling for warming periods in the water when snow melts. PHI also suggested contacting Fire Dept to confirm required cleaning frequency of internal components when system is not used daily.
